surge not synicing just shows a cross sign

full charged will not come on has cross sign?  screen blinks when turning off or on but no screen

Hello, hello, @BobbyBlast! Cat Tongue Oh no! This is very weird. Can you please share a screenshot of the cross sign that you are seeing on your display? 

 

Also, if you haven't tried to restart it please give it a try and keep me posted! Cat Happy
