surge quit syncing

Hi, I have had a surge for about 7 months.  Ever since my partner got a new Charge for Christmas, my surge will no longer sync using the fitbit connect tool.  To get it to sync I have to power cycle the watch and set it up as a new watch every time.  This is getting very old.  When should I expect a fix for the fitbit connect?  Also, fitbit connect requires a user name and password to be typed every time it it used.  Where's the autofill?

I am having a similar problem.  Up until 30 Jan 2016 my Surge was working fine.  Now I can't sync it on any of my Apple Devices - iPhone, iPad, or Mac Air lap top.  How do i fix this?

I would recommend contacting customer service so they can help you troubleshoot this or see if your tracker has any problem that they can help you fix or replace. Hope that helps!
