Hi, I have had a surge for about 7 months. Ever since my partner got a new Charge for Christmas, my surge will no longer sync using the fitbit connect tool. To get it to sync I have to power cycle the watch and set it up as a new watch every time. This is getting very old. When should I expect a fix for the fitbit connect? Also, fitbit connect requires a user name and password to be typed every time it it used. Where's the autofill?

I am having a similar problem. Up until 30 Jan 2016 my Surge was working fine. Now I can't sync it on any of my Apple Devices - iPhone, iPad, or Mac Air lap top. How do i fix this?
