the app isn't able to tell which tracker i'm wearing.

I have a Charge HR and a Surge. But when i'm on the app the top left corner shows that it is tracking the tracker i'm not using. For example if i'm wearing the charge HR, it will show a surge on the top left corner of the app and show that theres no heartbeat. It randomly switches and its frustrating. Does anybody have similar stories?

The app will attempt to sync all trackers on your account, and that is what you are seeing.  When you are out and about wearing one Fitbit with the others at home, I would recommend turning off all day sync.

Hello, @dchee008! Welcome to the Family! Man Tongue Oh no! Let's try to fix this. Keep in mind that when you have two trackers linked to your account, it will try to sync with the tracker that is closer to you. Just a question, at the moment you try to sync, what happens when you tap on the tracker that you actually want to sync?

What I do is that I use one per day depending on my activities and leave the other one at home like our good friend, @Julia_G, suggested. Cat Tongue
