How do I reset the time on my fitbit Surge? It is off by 8-10 minutes.

Welcome to the forums!
First thing I would check is to make sure the time on your Phone and computer are correct.
If they are on the computer
Go to the dashboard and click on the gear choose settings. Then scroll down to time zones. change it to something different. Let it sync and then go back and change it to the correct one. Let it sync again
Phone: Click on the disk upper right hand corner this is settings. Scroll scroll down to advanced settings and choose Select time zone. Do the same as above by changing it to something different and back again
