time is off and have tried everything

I have followed every step I have seen on the Fitbit forum and website.  From doing a sync with a different time zone to restarting it and redoing the whole app.  It is currently 9:45 yet my fitbit says 6:07, so it is not just a time zone issue, can anyone help, it is definitely strange looking at a "watch" that never reads the correct time.  Thank you in advance

Since having done everything possible,

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
 
Mention what you've already tried to speed things up.
