time zone wont change on my tracker but is correct online dashboard.

I have the time zone correct on my dashboard on my laptop.  I do not have a smart phone so the online app for my Windows 10 and the website are what I use to change this.  However, after i sync it wont update from pacific to eastern.  It also wont update from 12 to 24 hours.  Any help is appreciated.  thank you.

Try a restart do it 3 times

Some times this works as well

Change Time
On the computer: Go to the Dashboard and click on the gear and choose settings from the drop down. Scroll down to time zone Change it to a different one. Sync it. Go back in and change it to the correct one and sync again
