yesterday when I synched my Surge I noticed that the green lights at the inside stopped working and I could not swipe the screen anymore. I thought the battery was low and charged it overnight. This morning it was still the same. I put on the surge for a few hours and synched it again, it recorded everything, steps, heartrate, stairs correctly but still no green lights and still cannot swipe the sreen. I restarted the surge several times, checked it for firmware update but it is on the latest version. Can anybody help me on how to get the swipe function working again?

If you have restarted it several times then I would Contact Support
