What is Fitbit Premium?
Fitbit Premium offers a variety of workouts and mindfulness sessions designed to help you on your wellness journey. With expert trainers and well-known brands guiding you, you'll find everything you need to get motivated and much more. When you use Fitbit Premium with a Pixel Watch or Fitbit tracker, you'll get personalized recommendations based on your unique fitness data.

Which phones are compatible with Fitbit Premium?
The Fitbit app is compatible with most smartphones and tablets. Find more information here.

Does Fitbit offer a complimentary trial for Premium?
From time to time, Fitbit may offer no charge trials of certain Subscriptions for specified periods of time without payment. If we offer you a free trial, the specific terms of your free trial will be provided in the marketing materials describing the particular trial.

How do I  purchase or start my trial of Fitbit Premium?
There are a few ways to start your Fitbit Premium trial:

1. Through the Fitbit App:

1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the You tab .
2. Tap Try Fitbit Premium.
3. Read the overview and choose a subscription plan for after your trial.
4. Follow the instructions to subscribe.

2. After Purchasing a New Fitbit Device:

1. Many new Fitbit devices come with a no cost Fitbit Premium trial.
2. You should receive a notification or see a prompt in the app to start your trial.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: If the Fitbit device that you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium but you’re currently a Fitbit Premium member, cancel your Premium subscription. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you'll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial.

3. Through a Guided Program:

• Some guided programs on Fitbit offer a no cost Premium trial.

• Look for the option to start a no cost trial when selecting a program.
