In the new ‘Coach’ tab you'll find motivating health and fitness content. Here you can browse through a curated list of workouts and mindfulness sessions*. Plus, you can quickly filter workouts based on workout type, duration, required equipment, instructor and more to get you moving how you want to move. With a Fitbit Premium subscription you can unlock even more content like HIIT classes, dance cardio classes, and new workouts from Alo Moves and Tone It Up.

Fresh content helps keep you pumped up during your routine to keep both your mind and body fit. Stay motivated to keep up with your health goals all in the Coach tab.
