I installed Achu a couple weeks ago. Today I feel like I'm coming down with a cold.  How can I log that on my Achu app?

In this case I'd recommend getting in touch with the developers of the Achu app. Please keep in mind that it is not developed by Fitbit directly. You can read more about it by clicking here.
