I have an account with Weight Loss Resources (WLR) and have synched my Alta HR to it. Up until Monday I was receiving daily Activity Tracker Extra Calories every night, these being over and above any exercise that the Fitbit was automatically detecting.
Since Monday I've received no extra calories at all, and I've not been confined to bed.
Any ideas?

Hello @Donnyfan, in this case the WLR doesn't figure among the supported apps. In many of this situations does not mean it won't work, but we do not have access to the data it will share across with WLR and Fitbit.
In this case the best to do is either revoke the access from your Fitbit online-dashboard in your Application settings and re-link your accounts to see if this helps to resolved the issue.
The other alternative is to contact directly WLR support for additional help.
See you around and let me know if you have other questions.
