This is my first post so please be gentle. I just have a quick question:
Which do you find better to record your excercise and food in? I currently use My Fitness Pal (for food) and Runkeeper (for my low amount of exercise) currently feeding into the fitbit app. I am now seriously considering just using the fitbit app for all as well as steps. How do you find it.
