It stopped working for me prior to migration it did not start working afterwards..
Numerous people have been reporting this issue in various public fora.
FitBit support has gone AWOL they are either aware of major system failure about which they can do nothing, are swamped by complaints or do not care.
Either way their lack of responsiveness is a sad indictment of their corporation and the employees who work for it
if there is a workaround and they know what it is, they should publish. If they are not formally aware of the issue, then this sentence serves as notice. If they are aware but choose to say nothing then that is just pure malice.

Normally the fix is to revoke access to the offending 3rd party app. Then setup the sync.
If the above fails, contact the company that supports the interface between the apps.
For HDOR it would be them . For Strava, Fitbit handles the interface Support. But since 2 apps are not syncing, you may want to contact Fitbit support
I've moved your post to the 3rd party support
