Alta HR GPS maprun/ walk

Hi I don't know if anyone can help, i've been using Map my walk as it show miles and routes I can take, but today I used the Fitbit exercise track and it showed up the map and distance then it disappeared. On my exercise it just shows how long I have walked for is this normal ?

Hello @ske18, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community. Certainly is not an expected behavior of the app. Although I'm wondering where is not displaying your course map? Is it on your Fitbit app or MapMyWalk? 

My recommendation in case the issue still persists, please log out from your Fitbit app and restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.

If the issue is with the integration revoke the access from your online-Dashboard in the Application settings and revoke the access from MapMyWalk. Once you have done this try to connect your accounts again.

Hi I have disconnected the apps and again I used the tracker the map shows up I saved it but again but show up anywhere , it has worked a few times and showed me the map I have walked

Hello @ske18, thank you for keep me posted. In order to avoid any misunderstanding from my end I would like to know more details. I don't have clear if the map shows up at the end?  Also I would like to know from which app is disappearing your map and how you are registering your GPS exercise?

Feel free to share screenshots too, this will be very helpful to have a better approach to this issue.

 Hi on Tuesday I did the map walk on here but it didn't show up the map  but yesterday it did show up I'm not using map my walk anymore I hope this helps
