I have linked my fitbit and myfitnesspal accounts and still cannot get the information from my fitbit to sync into myfitnesspal.  Driving me nuts because I'm burning up more calories than fitnesspal thinks so not getting accurate projections from it at the end of the day. HELP!

Hello @colnana08, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! When it comes about integrations, in this case MFP which is not syncing your information; the best to try is to reconnect both accounts.

Follow the directions from this post and make sure to connect your tracker as well for all your calories sync correctly.

Keep in mind the way the information is shared as this play an important role when it comes about this integration.

What syncs?
Fitbit > Steps > MFP
Fitbit > Calories > MFP
Fitbit > Aria measurements > MFP
MFP > Logged food > Fitbit
MFP > Activities > Fitbit

Hope this helps and see you around!

Hi there @Bulaggimoo, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Please accept my apologies for being absent from this thread.

I saw you are experiencing syncing issues with MFP, despite following the steps I suggested before.

According to MFP suggestions try to force a sync with your accounts to see if this works:

Once you have verified Fitbit is connected, you can try to force a sync. Not before review your Fitbit has synced to the Fitbit dashboard.

Once data is flowing from your device to Fitbit, you can manually add a cardio exercise to your MyFitnessPal diary, such as walking for two minutes (you can delete the entry later if you like). Within 15 minutes (usually sooner) this should force a sync for your Fitbit adjustment.

If this is not happening, please feel free to contact MFP customer support for some extra help.

Don't forget to keep me posted. I'm always around!
