Alta not synching steps with mfp

My Alta hasn't been synchronising steps with My Fitness Pal all day. It did so after I disconnected & reconnected but then stopped again.

Hello @Swollox, I've noticed you are new around so it's nice you are visiting the Fitbit Community one more time. Regarding to the issue with your steps are not syncing, If you have linked your MFP account with your Fitbit account already, make sure your tracker is connected also in your MFP settings. Take a look at this post, it will give you more details to review and connect your tracker so the steps recorded by your Alta are being recognized by your MFP account.
