App not working

I cannot get the app to open up.  I have deleted the app and then re installed it.  I have shut down my phone and tried reinstalling the app.   The icon appears but it will not open up .  Not sure what to do next.   I have an IPhone and never have I had this issue.

Thanks for sharing all of this information about the issue with your Fitbit app. 

There were some general issues with the Fitbit app crashing for a few days, but this should now be resolved and you should be able to use the app as usual. You can find more information about this specific problem in this thread. Let me know if the issue persists.
