BWell Health Scale, United Healthcare App, andy Fitbit Charge5 do NOT sync!!! I've been trying to link my Fitbit to UHC to earn the extra benefits from UHC for being active, health smart and earning rewards for staying fit but its been over 2 weeks and absolutely cannot get them to link or sync. Now, I will admit I've struggled with some of the app issues with connection, syncing, STAYING synced but now I'm just getting frustrated because my Charge 5 is NOT even recording days of my sleep activity, can't get my BWell Smart Scale data OR scale to connect to my UHC, my Charge 5 or my FitBit app!!!! I'm trying so hard to be active for myself, for rewards through UHC, yo see benefits of my oberall health and weight loss on a daily basis ect. & I feel defeated!!! I cannot even deem to tell if I'm getting access to Renew Active like I am supposed to be. Am I just a complete illiterate person? Am I too dense to figure out all this techy info & devices?? Looking for some real positive advice or help here so I don't feel like such a complete incompetent, please!!!
