Hello,

I use WW and LoseIt! apps to track my food. Weird, I know-- I like the WW plan, but like that LoseIt will track macros and give me an estimated goal target date that is updated.

I am pretty active, I usually run 2.5 miles and lift weights for an hour, or do a bootcamp style workout for an hour-- 5 or 6 days per week.

My question:

I am getting an insane number of "activity points" on WW and also bonus calories (burned) on LoseIT. It can't be accurate that I am burning 3000+ calories daily and having 800 calorie burning workouts. I had another fitness tracker (watch)  before fitbit and my activity level hasnt changed dramatically... but the amount of credit I am getting for the workouts is too much.  Is this a fitbit setting issue.  WW told me just to up my goal to match my new amount of points I am receiving-- however-- that throws off food tracking because you start to get bonus food points you didnt really earn. Any advice? Thanks!
