Barcodes by Terry needs to be fixed for the Sense

Help, If anyone knows how to let Terry know that his or her app (Barcodes by Terry) doesn't work with the new sense and I can only display one barcode because the up and down arrows don't show up on the sense screen and it is ruined my gym goings because I normally store all 3 barcodes on my fit bit but now I can't and I am super sad about it!.

 

Please Terry if you see this or if you know how to reach Terry please ask for an update for the sense! thank you! Kristin

Hi there @KristinAZ, I'm glad to see you around the Community.

 

I appreciate you share your experience. Please not that it's up to the owner of the third-party app to implement or update features for their app, this needs to be addressed with the third party customer service and if you wish you can also add a Feature Suggestion so our team can consider it for future developments.

 

Also you can make this suggestion to their support team and direct them to our existing API and SDK and resources such as the web dev API community.
