Basic watch with Google fit but without distracting apps

Hey guys! Im looking for a watch that syncs with Google fit, but is not too distracting, because the main reason I'll be using it is because Im locking my smartphone away in a smartphone jail for parts of my day (screen time limitation). In that period I don't want to be distracted by all kinds of notifications.

So ideally it would be a watch that doesn't let me check Whatsapp and other apps that distract me, but the bottom line is that it has Google fit, cause I use that app for health tracking in several apps.

Do you think a Fitbit would be ideal for me? And what model do you suggest?

The Fitbit Charge 5 would be great for you. If you don't set it up to sync notifications, you won't be bothered by everything that hits your phone.  You can set up third party integration to sync with Google Fit. I use the "Fit to Fit" app to sync health data between Google and Fitbit. You can also use the "Health Sync" app, it's pretty great and offers more third party integrations.
