Body weight units glitch for SparkPeople and Fitbit

The unit of body weight measurements appears to have a glitch when trying to synch between Spark People and Fitbit.

 

Although both programs are set to measure weight in lbs, when entering weight in fitbit app, appears as entered weight /~2.2 in SparkPeople. Meanwhile if weight is entered in Spark People, weight appears as entered weight X ~2.2 in Fitbit.

 

I had discussed this problem with customer support 3 months ago, and they said they would contact when this issue has been solved. Any progress/suggestions?

Thank you for being part of the Community @Smead! Since you're mentioning you're logging this information from your Fitbit app, I'd appreciate a lot if you provide us with a picture or screenshot of this. In that way it will be easier to investigate this.
