Hi there @Swampboy, good to see you as a new member of the Fitbit Community! Keep in mind your Charge 2 is not the one syncing with Lose It. Is your Fitbit Dashboard the one in charge to share this data with third party integrations.

Also in the last months, Lose It has gone to premium service to sync with your Fitbit account, so make sure you have enable your Lose It Subscription. You can see a similar discussion from other users here in the following thread: Fitbit and Lose-it require premium subscription.

If you have your Premium subscription and your Fitbit Dashboard is reading your calories correctly from your tracker, try to revoke the access of Lose It from your application settings on your on-line Dashboard. Once you have done this, you can reconnect the integration one more time.

  1. Log into Lose It!
  2. Go to Apps & Devices.
  3. Tap or click Fitbit.
  4. Tap or click Connect. You will be taken to fitbit.com, where you will be asked to authorize the connection.
  5. Log in using your Fitbit credentials.

Hope this helps. See you around and for more questions stay tuned to the Fitbit Community!
