I'm a new Fitbit user and I'm so Smiley Frustratedconfused reason is I also log on Myfitnesspal.  I don't understand calories on Fitbit can someone please explain. On MFP it tells me I am over calories and on Fit bit it tells me I am under. I don't get it I'm trying to lose 2lbs a week. Fitbit for some reason doesn't match up with MFP I don't want to eat too much or to little please someone explain! thanks.

@jisabelle21 A warm welcome to the Community!

There will be a slightly difference between the calories in MFP and Fitbit but Fitbit will do an Adjustment to make them show you the correct amount of calories that you should eat in both apps. So, you won't see that you eat more in one place and in another one. I would like you to check if you have the same calories goal set in both apps.

If you're not seeing the same amount of calories burned, please unlink and linked both accounts.

Here's a helpful article about Fitbit Adjustment in MFP.
