@JStarr Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your calories logged in MyFitnessPal are not the same as on your Fitbit account. I recommend revoke access from MFP on your Fitbit account and then re-link both accounts again. This should get the issue sorted out.
If the problem persists, I recommend contacting MyFitnessPal's customer service so they can investigate further on their end.
