I have done the same amount of steps today as yesterday, but the calories adjustment is about 300 higher - too high for the 13,000 steps. Usually get about 500 calories but at the moment it is showing 841 for exercise. Is anyone else seeing this and know how to fix it (apart from adding an extra 300 calories of food on MFP)?
Thanks,
Carole

@JuanFitbit here is a video of a problem. My workouts do not sync from mfp to fitbit unless I first manually enter it in. Then you can see two workouts add at once, one from what i added, and one from MFP. And this was done something like an hour after the workout was concluded and uploaded.

Fitbit support says they are aware there are issues with the app but won't provide details about it or why it isnt listed at https://status.fitbit.com/
from support "...But they told me that right now we are having some issues with the fitbit app."
"My tech team is already working on it and they are trying to solve the problem as soon as possible but right now we can just wait"
