Hi!
I would like to buy a Fitbit Charge HR and get rid of my Jawbone Up24, but I don't want to lose my year of data. I know I can export my Jawbone up24 data as a CSV file.
Does anyone know if I can manually import that Jawbone Up24 CSV data to my Fitbit account?
Or is there any program that can help me?
Or will I just have to manually enter each day's steps and sleep online?
Thanks in advance for your help!

No, there is no way of importing it into your existing Fitbit account. Sorry.

@osmundsen A warm welcome to the Community! Currently, it's not possible to import Jawbone Up24 data to Fitbit. The alternative solution will be to manually enter all the steps as an activity (such as walking or running) and do the same with sleep. If you would like to get all that data into your Fitbit Dashboard.
@SunsetRunner Thanks for your input. @Carastian Hey there! You may want to post your idea in our Ideas Board because those suggestions are viewed by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.
