Hello!
I just received a fitbit Charge 2 and I would like to sign up for FitStar. My fitbit is connected to my Windows Phone and as far as I see, FitStar doesn't have an app for Windows phone. I also have an Android tablet. I am thinking that I could use FitStar on the tablet. So can my fitbit be connected to two mobile devices, or every time I have to disconnect from the phone and connect to the tablet?

Thank you for joining us @Ificouldfly! Hope you're having a great day!
To answer to your question, yes, you can have your tracker connected to your Windows Phone and your Android tablet. You just have to log in your account in both devices, and you will be able to see your tracker and stats. As a friendly reminder, please check the compatibility of your tablet, to make sure you will be able to sync your Charge 2. If it's not listed in our Compatible Devices List, you won't be able to sync with it, but you can still check your stats with it, and FitStar will work normally, so you won't have to worry.
Catch you later!

I have fitstar on my phone and on an android tablet. I noticed this morning after subscribing to the year membership using my tablet that i was not able to also see the unlocked content on my phone.
How can I get both devices to recognize my membership?
Also, after doing a workout using my tablet, is there a way to sync my workouts from the fitstar app on my tablet to the fitstar app on my phone? When I open the app on my phone the workouts I did using my tablet do not show up.
