Hi.  you link the two websites and they trade data.

 

To link the two accounts, go to the MFP site, then click on the apps tab.  Scroll down until you find FitBit and click on that.  On the FitBit page at the right you will see a button to buy and then below it in small print is a link to connect the accounts.  Don't click on the button but on the connect link.  Follow instructions and the two accounts should link.

While your Fitbit charges or you just want to catch your breath, join us on the Lifestyle Discussions
