I cannot get my tracker connected to Dick's Sporting Goods. I have contacted them numerous times over the past couple years and no matter what, it says they cannot connect to Fitbit. I have a Sense 2 but I've gone through different trackers and phones and still have the problem. I have revoked access to Dick's and established it to no avail. They say it's a Fitbit problem and not a Dick's app problem. Can anyone help?
