Hi, I'm getting so frustrated with my phone I'm trying to connect my charge 2 (the fitbit app) with my fitness pal but it won't connect. I've tried with both the internet site and the mobile app but nothing. I've gone through the steps others mentioned by doing it through m6 fitness pal but I get so far and it just opens the fitbit app but hasn't connected

When I try and select 'compatible apps on the fitbit app it doesn't do anything

Can anyone offer any suggestions??

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried.

 

In this case I'd recommend that you try to get in touch with MFP directly. Given that these integrations are developed by  the third parties, they should be able to take a closer look at what is going on.
