Hi, 

    I cannot unlink my previous Fitbit Charge HR from MyFitnessPal app and add my new Versa. When I click "Disconnect" nothing happens. HELP !!!

Welcome to the Forums @Mrs.Decker.

Thanks for trying to disconnect the apps and letting us know it is not happening. I will be moving this thread to the Third-Party Integrations board as I think it is better suited for it.

The first thing I'd like to ask is if you are doing this on MFP or on the Fitbit app? 

My recommendation would be that you  try to disconnect them through our website. You can click here to go to the list of connected apps. Once you are there, please click on the 'Revoke Access' option below MFP and that should do the job.
