Can't Sync Fitbit And Omada / Human API

Tried everything and they won't sync. It synced for about 20 min last might but that's it

I appreciate the information shared. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device as well.

 

Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.

 

After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.

 

If you continue having the same problem, please contact Omada Support or Human API Support.
