Can’t connect MyFitnessPal to my AltaHR

I’ve had a Fitbit in the past and had no trouble connecting it to MyFitnessPal. I got an Alta HR and have started using MyFitnessPal again, but I can’t sync it to my Alta HR.

Hello @cworth58 you do not connect MFP to your Tracker, you connect your 

 

MyFitnessPall account to your Fitbit Account. 

If the two where connected at one time, they should still be. 

 

Let's first check the connected apps with fitbit. You can also get to this page through the Fitbit app. Account, manage data, manage third party apps. 

If you see MFP listed and they are not syncing, let's remove MFP. 

Now go to https://www.fitbit.com/us/technology/partnership/myfitnesspal for instructions on how to connect the two accounts.
