Can't connect MyFitnessPal to my Fitbit account

I try to evoke access to an older fitbit and for some reason I'm unable to. My Fitness Pal keeps saying "Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once."

 Looking for help on this

Hi there, @Diane54. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience while trying to link MyFitnessPal. 

I would like you to double check that there are no accounts linked to Fitbit by doing the following: 

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon > Settings > Applications.
  2. Click Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.

Once you've unlinked any accounts in your Fitbit profile, follow this procedure to link your new account.

This Did not work. I go thru the steps to revoke access and nothing happens
