At my wits ends. Due to problems with synching my Fitbit to Noom, I revoked access to the Noom app and can not reconnect. I have read all the posts, followed all the tips, uninstalled and reinstalled both Fitbit and Noom apps and can not reconnect for the life of me. Really ready to throw away my charge 3 after all these issues.

Finally! I connected to iglucose and then got the screen to disconnect from fitbit.
I disconnected and then reconnected to fitbit.

I got the same email. It worked only after I was redirected out of the app and into Chrome.

A lot of non Fitbit apps require their users to use the web to link up with Fitbit.

YES!!! Thank you SO much!! This is the only thing that worked for me! I have a "Sense", too. After connecting Noom back to Fitbit, it started syncing my steps! Your steps were PERFECT!

Glad it worked and that Noom fixed the problem problem they where experiencing
Pkease be aware that with most third parties, Fitbit can not resolve the issue. The problem is almost always on their side. If it was not on their side, we would see many apps not syncing with Fitbit.
