Can't connect to MyFitnessPal

I am unable to get my fitbit acct to connect to myfitnesspal acct. I followed all instructions. Whats next?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend making sure your Fitbit device is syncing with your Fitbit account and confirming the instructions at How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
