Can't connect to myfitnesspal

Hi, I previously had my Charge HR connected to my myfitnesspal account, but the link does not seem to be working now.

 

So I went and and did "revoke access" at the myfitnesspal end, and then went in through the fitbit "apps" page and tried to relink but I get an error:

 

Another MyFitnessPal account has already been linked to this Fitbit account. Only one account may be linked at once.

 

Funnily enought the fitbit shows up as linked in the myfitnesspal settings after this but data is still not syncing! I have tried leaving it 24 hours after revoking before resyncing as suggested elsewhere but still get the same error.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hey, @doogie76! Welcome to the Forums! : )  I suggest you to get in contact with MyFitnessPal for this matter, because that is the only work around for us and it seems that is working as it should on our side.
