Can’t disconnect MyFitnessPal from Fitbit

I am trying to disconnect my fit bit from my fitness pal and it won’t disconnect.  When I click on the disconnect button it just goes back to the screen showing the connected apps.  Any idea on how to disconnect it?

the only thing i can't do is log into that myfitnesspal account. i no longer have access to it from lost of all info to even log in

I can't remember for sure but try using your computer and not your phone
