Can't find Weight Watchers on Fitbit to Sync

Hi there

I was at one time able to see Weight Watchers on my apps that are synced.  But for some reason I accidently hit revoke and now I cannot sync Fitbit and WW.   The WW site does have fitbit listed but fitbit does not have WW.

How can I get it back? 🙂

I have the Blaze and love it.

Allow me to help you @marogez! I was checking the list of supported apps and Weight Watchers is listed as supported. I think the app may accidentally got unlinked. Please make sure that you're doing this linking procedure again.

Unfortunately it didn't work.  I even cleared my cache, logged out of both ww and fitbit.  then logged back into ww and reconnected my blaze.  I then logged back into fitbit and nothing happened, I was not redirected back to the ww page. 😞

@marogez Thanks for the troubleshoot! I would contact Customer Support so they can investigate a little bit more about what's happening.
