When I try to sync my fit bit to WW it says that "user does not exist or password is incorrect" I just reset my password to see if that would fix it but no luck. Any advice? Really frustrating since I bought the Versa so I could connect with WW to track my activity.

Thanks for letting me know that you're unable to sync your Fitbit data to Weight Watchers, as well for the steps tried on your own. I know how you're feeling as your data isn't syncing correctly, let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, I'm just wondering if you're seeing that message on Weight Watchers app. If that's correct, my best advice is to get in touch with their Customer Support to help you getting access to your account.
Now, if the message is displayed on the Fitbit app may I know your phone's model and OS version? Also, let me suggest to verify if the Fitbit app is updated, force stop the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app and try logging into your account one more time.
