Can't get my fitbit to connect with MyFitnessPal

I can't seem to get fitbit to register my excersise and steps on my fitness pal. It says its connected but doesn't register my calories burnt in my diary?

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @JAYDEE1988. Thanks for letting us know that you can't register your Fitbit's exercises and steps on MyFitnessPal. 

 

  1. Make sure your Fitbit device is syncing with your Fitbit account. For troubleshooting syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  3. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
