Can't link Lose It with Fitbit

Trying to link LoseIt with Fitbit. In LoseIt, it says to disconnect and reconnect Fitbit. Have removed LoseIt in third party apps (revoked). But stuck from there. Tried deleting and reinstalling LoseIt, still getting same message.

Hi @LUCASW - Glad you found us here. The first thing to check in a case like this is the OS. Are your phone, the Fitbit app and the LoseIt app all up to date? Then, you can view instructions for connecting your Fitbit account to a third party app here. Since Fitbit did not develop the LoseIt app, you would have to contact LoseIt directly for further troubleshooting.
