Hello.... I have recently gotten a new fitbit charge and can't seem to replace it on my fitness pal. Can anyone help out? The disconnect button won't work at all. Thank you.

I'm not really understanding the question. You attach the new tracker to you Fitbit account. MFP links to your Fitbit account, not the tracker. Changing the tracker should have no effect this link up.

Hello @Nire76, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. @Rich_Laue is right about you don't need to connect your tracker with MFP.
The reason of this is because your Fitbit account is the one that is connected to your MyFitnessPal account. Hence there is no need to revoke the access and reconnect your accounts as long you have paired your new tracker to your Fitbit account. When your tracker syncs to your Fitbit account , it will automatically upload your data to MFP.
If you are experiencing issues to sync between MFP and your Fitbit account, then the following post might be of your help.
Keep me posted if you have more questions. I'll be around.
