Can’t sync Strava with Fitbit 8/31

I’ve read the posts and removed and reconnected but Strava still won’t sync to my Versa 2. Any other suggestions to resolve?

I'm having this too. My FitBit Account and Strava Account both say that they're linked.

 

The App on the Versa 2 screen is just saying

"Link Account

God to Strava settings on your FitBit Mobile App to log in"

 

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong

I don’t believe we are doing anything wrong. I followed the same directions and it seems to be an issue that was resolved shortly and then happened again. This is a Fitbit/Strava app issue. I want to import to Fitbit from  Strava only. Hopefully Fitbit/Strava can address this issue with a FIX soon.

I guess in the interim i need to manually log something in Strava and see if it transfers it between the Apps. The apps say they're connected, it's just trying to get into the Strava App on the screen of my Versa 2 which doesn't appear to think they're connected.

What with that and the fact my FitBit doesn't want to stay synced with the App on my phone when i'm running so i get inaccurate / incomplete maps i'm currently thoroughly dissapointed in my new FitBit and would be tempted to sell it second hand and go and by a Garmin!
