Can't sync with Strava

Hello, I changed phones at the weekend and my runs are no longer syncing across to my Strava account. I have tried to connect the again but I keep getting an error message. Is there a problem or am I doing something wrong?

It's nice to have you on board @Nickmorris, hope you're doing really great! I recommend (even when you've tried it already) revoking access and giving access to the Strava application following the steps outlined here.
