Can't update bootcamp activity manually to Strava

Hi Folks,

Why can't I manually sync my bootcamp activity recorded on my Inspire 2 to Strava. After going to the Fitbit Dashboard and clicking on my activity I downloaded the TCX file. Then, I go Strava and try and upload the TCX file. However, Strava fails to upload it and I get the following error: "File is empty"

Also, the TCX files only seems to be 1KB. This doesn't seem correct right?

Doesn't work for an other activity like spinning either... Again the TCX file is only 1 KB and doesn't upload to strava. Strava keeps giving the error, file is empty

It's known Fitbit platform limitation. There is no exportable data generated for non-GPS activities and such activities cannot sync to Strava either.

Does anyone know if Fitbit is working on this in the future? Why does fitbit only sync data with gps? What about people who train on treadmills, do spinning or bootcamps?

@Tissie90 it's just how Fitbit designed it. There are some feature suggestions posted several years ago but I don't think Fitbit will change it. If it was on the Fitbit roadmap it would be already implemented years ago.
