I've been trying to connect up my flex 2 with the quantas wellbeing app. Unable to use it yet. I have the quantas wellbeing app installed and fitbit app and Google fit too. I'm not able to get my steps recorded for the quantas app points. 

Please help

Welcome to the Forums @Pinkamena.

 

Let me help you get your information to the Quantas app. I'll be moving this thread to the Third-Party Integrations board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case it is important to mention that the Fitbit device can only sync with the Fitbit app itself, and not with any third party apps. What you could do in that case would be to connect the Fitbit app to Quantas. You can click here to read more about it.
