Yes you can. I just linked mine last week. Check out the help section in FitBit Help.  And follow the directions. Then you will only log your food and exercise on MyFitnessPal and it will automatically sync with FitBit. FitBit will then automatically update your MyFitnessPal with your additional calories, although it will be some sort of adjustment calculated.
