Cannot connect Fitbit with MyFitnessPal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried mutilple times to sync my steps data to the myfitness pal mobile app and when I follow the suggested steps to connect it sends me to the myfitness pal website and it says it is connected but not on my iphone.  I go to the fitbbit website and app and it says that access is granted. I am beyond frustrated because I just spent the money for this tracker and the data wont transfer.  Im fixing to send this thing back!  please help!

Welcome to the community forums, @Jennifere74.

I've moved your post to the Third-Party Integration so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the steps that you've tried prior to posting, as well as the information provided. I understand how frustrating this can be, but let's work on this together by following these steps:

  1. Log into your MyFitnessPal account and remove anything related to Fitbit
  2. Revoke access on the Fitbit app to reset their connection. See this help article for instructions
  3. Check if both apps are updated to the latest version
  4. Force quit both apps and reboot your phone
  5. Go to MyFitnessPal website and try connecting it with Fitbit one more time
